5. Place home in MLS, Realtor.com, Craigslist.com, OpenHouse.com, and Company Website
6. Activate online campaign to agent networks including corporate relocation contacts
7. Establish a monthly open house program
8. Send out broadcast emails, faxes, and brochures to agent and client networks
9. Actively track showings and prospects and collect feedback
10. Advertise in various magazines and newspapers if necessary
11. Provide weekly seller updates
12. Listen to You! And fine-tune marketing campaign from feedback received
