After looking at homes in the South City area, Natalie, a first time homebuyer was driving through Maplewood and found a for sale sign that would soon turn to sold!  She closed yesterday on her brand-newly rehabbed Pottery Barn-Style 2 bedroom 1 bath home, as is excited to be a home owner!  The sellers agreed to make minor repairs that came up in the home inspection, and she was able to take advantage of LOW interest rates and the Missouri HOPE Tax Credit which will net her another $1,750!  Thanks for your trust in Diversified Real Estate Group Natalie, and it was great working with you!
